When I was taught the Six Healing Sounds Inner Smile Practices I actually learned them as one practice. What you’re about to see here is that practice. I want to encourage you to make this your own. I see the value in separating the Six Healing Sounds, but I also see the value in hurrying up a little bit and just putting this together as one practice. By the way, if you really want to finish your practice and do one large practice, finish it off with the Microcosmic Orbit and you have a wonderful daily practice.
